If your ordered item happens to be damaged or defective please let us know as soon as possible. If there’s an issue which is the brand’s responsibility, the repair or exchange will be done at no cost. Please take note that our products are handmade items that should be worn and kept with care. If the damage is due upon use and is not proved to be defect of production the brand can’t be held responsible for it. If, on the other hand, you happen to damage your item for any reason, it’s perfectly possible to repair it upon an extra cost. If you want to restore the original finish of a particular piece (case of oxidation), it can be done without costs. In any of the cases, the shipping cost of returning an item will be customer’s responsibility.
